I am not exactly a small girl and I tried many different dress shops that didnt have what I wanted. This dress was a last resort and man did it pay off! It does come with the fabric on the bust to hold you in (thank god for my K cups). I wore the dress all night comfortably (6pm-11pm). I did not have to put any underskirt on the make it full. I did get it tailored to better support my girls but aside from that, couldnt have been better!
